Another day no takeout

Another walk.. it was great! Def going to keep that up.

Work is crazy today.. We have a pretty funny situation going on. My lovely Coworker Amanda has a creeper.. and its pretty sick cause its someone who is our authority! YUCK.. poor girl is feeling so awkward.. doesn't even want to leave her desk! I woudln't either!

I am so addicted to keeping up with the Kardashians.. its a riot! Bruce Jenner Rocks! He and Kim are my Faves.. and Khloe is a killer potty mouth! love it!

can't wait to go home and kill more brain cells by watching the Hills. .Yeah!

National Occupational Heath and Safety Week

So.. you've heard it a million times.. Diet Mumbo Jumbo!
I am no longer setting goals I cannot obtain. I am now headed for a lifestyle change! These are list of Objectives

1) Get a good nights rest
2) No Takeout!!!
3) No Soda
4) Team up with Competition!
5) Walk 1/2 hour during lunchtime
6) Run 2 days a week
7) No Alcohol ( once a month as a treat on a night out)
8) Drink 8 500ml Bottles of water per day
9) Hike Signal Hill once a week
10) Outdoor Activities with the Kids Once a week
11) Eat Breakfast
12) Pack Lunches
13) Set sight on the Goals when faced with Temptation
14) Lift Weights at home

These are some to start with. Also eating heathy at home, Staying Positive and looking onward to a heathly future!

I wrote 10 New years resolutions for this year.. 10 for 2010

I did not keep any really.. here they are!

Lose Weight (gained)

Focus Better at work (so so)

Stop Chewing Nails (DID THAT)

Run once a week (I walk at least 10 miles a day around the office)
Not waste Money (hahahahha)

Save Money (capital HAHAHAH)

Not eat Take out(ate more take out then all last year so far)

Cool it on the diet pepsi ( thats so so as well)

Eat Healthy ( if alot means healthy.. i have)

Be Confident in ME (this i have worked on)

I had a coffee for breakfast, an egg sandwich for din din.. and I'm making vegetarian spaghetti for supper.

Day 1

Have you ever wanted something so bad you can taste it, see it in your dream and imagine it every day of your life. Well thats how much I want to get on the go and be fit and active again!

I think back to Summer 04 when I was really motivated to be healthy. I need to think back to those days. tanning on my patio, listening to the radio. I remember alot of Shaye would be on the radio at that time. "you'll find beauty..." lol..

Today I am motivated. I have a new pair of running shoes that I am dying to try out on the road. My daughter is bugging me to exercise with her so Im going to do it. Im off today after work so this is the day. NO RAIN!

WOW its been a long time!!!

So its a lot harder to update your blog when you work 8-4 weekdays, 4 three hour shifts on the side and raise a family. It all becomes a lifestyle, yes? I am making some time for me now. Diet, exercise, family time, focusing on goals. I Made a list of new years resolutions and guess what. Im not sure if I have "focused" on just one. I need a "lifestyle change" keeping all the things that makes me "me" still in tact.

Time to get Started. No day like a Monday right? I want to do this. Help myself and my family too. We all need to be healthier.

How many times have I started a new diet you might ask? Well yes. Here I go again. Can't stop believing I can do it.
